New Borns to Elementary age!
This is great opportunity to introduce your Baby/Toddler to breathing, stretching, story-time, singing, dancing and yoga postures.
Through fun interactive songs, storybooks, and movement, toddlers will learn the basics of yoga. Kids love to imitate and pretend, so we encourage all care givers to be dressed and ready to participate!
We will cover basic yoga postures like: cat, cow, cobra, tree, triangle, and down-dog, along with music, stories, basic counting and singing.
Through yoga, we can help our children find focus, learn something new, and best of all encourage the harnessing of their energy into a healthy activities and learning. We suggest you bring a yoga mat & wear comfortable clothing, and most of all enjoy yourself!
Your teacher:
Emilee Stein certified 200 hour RYT from The Lotus Pond Yoga Studio and is a Certified Kids Yoga Teacher with Kidding Around Yoga. Emily is a mother and lover of yoga who has been practicing for 15 years. She loves kids and enjoy finding creative, fun ways to teach them yoga and other life skills.
