Moon Drop Yoga is a safe space to heal, grow and connect as you meet life's challenges & pursue your dreams. Yes, you have the time for this - No, it's not wrong to care for yourself. And...Yoga is not so weird! Yoga can be a total body workout, a powerful mental health tool, and a starting place to connect back to your dreams - to your power, clarity, focus, heart. Let us join your journey. We provide yoga classes, workshops, and related events in our studio. Our caring & skilled teachers offer what has helped improve their lives - so you may become empowered to meet challenges - and to accept replenishment. We teach to all ages & all levels. Beginners welcome.

Our classes are open to children 5+ - and we love having a mix of older and younger children. We find that the older children can learn a lot & gain confidence by being a role model for the younger children.
