Little Buds Creative Writing & Art Mini-Camp

This four-day mini camp dives into creative expression: visual art, music, poetry, prose, and picture books. Students will be inspired by many art forms while creating their own visual art and writing pieces. Student projects include collages, self-portraits, fingerprint poetry, Haikus, nature watercolors, and the “Journey of My Name” stories. Students will receive individual and small-group instruction that enhances writer's craft and confidence in authorship.
This mini-camp will take place onsite at our Dade City Learning Center, from Monday, June 20th - Thursday, June 23rd. It is best for learners aged 5-7, or rising K-2nd graders. Because we value the power of individualized programs that allow our teachers to support the needs of every student, all camps have a six student max. Each student will receive one-on-one instruction and have the opportunity to work collaboratively in groups!
