In Safari Rangers week, campers will step into the shoes of wildlife rangers and embark on a thrilling journey through the animal kingdom. Campers will also become zookeepers, creating their own ‘animal enrichment toys’ out of everyday materials, just like real zookeepers do to keep animals active and happy. From building miniature animal shelters to learning how zookeepers care for animals, this week is packed with fun, discovery, and teamwork.

Who: Campers between the ages of 4 and 14

What: Project-based, hands-on, STEAM-focused summer camps

Where: Apollo Academy in Hyde Park (1309 W Swann Ave Tampa, FL 33606) 8 weeks of summer camps from June 16th to August 8th

When: Camps are 8:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday; Half-day options available. Aftercare until 5pm is available for an additional cost.
