Serving our Tampa neighbors for more than 30 years as the voice of the Davis Islands neighborhood. For over 30 years, DICA has been the voice of residents, committed to improving the quality of life in our neighborhood, working in partnership with the DI Garden Club and other community organizations. Seaplane Basin Park, Apex Park, and the new “Welcome Home Park” are some tangible examples of what we have accomplished working together.
