CodeFu Tampa is a magical space where the wonders of Coding, Robotics, and Video Game Development come alive in our after-school programs or dynamic summer camp inviting young minds to unlock the secrets of technology through hands-on exploration.

CodeFu kids spark their creative adventure discovering the building blocks of and magic of coding. During this 8 week course, students will be introduced to an intuitive and playful programming environment designed for young learners to ignite self expression through interactive animations and video games. Each week our students build unique programs & games that utilize block based codes to set their animations characters and scenes aglow with personality, motions and boundless imagination.
CODING LANGUAGES LEARNED: Graphical Block Coding, *Hybrid-Text Coding (Scratch MIT) CORE
SUBJECTS INCORPORATED: Problem Solving, Creative Writing, Measuring, *Percents, *Fractions, *Arithmetic, *Graphing, *Coordinates
CODING CORE SUBJECTS LEARNED: Algorithms, Sequencing, Events, Commands, Loops, Decomposition, *For Loops,* If Else, *Variables, *While Loops, Functions.

The Art of CodeFu aims to transform screen time into a FUN LEARNING environment by teaching kids the basics of front & back-end of video game design, app development, robotics and more! Students are introduced to various programming languages and complete numerous challenges, both on and off screen, throughout their coding journey as they progress our Grasshopper, Apprentice, and Sifu levels. CodeFu kids build increasingly important tech skills they can use to create, code, and innovate their way to future readiness!
