Yoga for Kids Workshop (ages 4-7) - Soul Shop Yoga
This 45-minute kids yoga class will introduce children ages 4-7 to the ancient practice of Yoga. Yoga incorporates breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to help children gain confidence and manage stress. A typical kids' yoga class includes dancing, games, yoga poses, meditation, deep relaxation, and breathing exercises. Research has shown that yoga helps kids develop increased flexibility, strength, social skills, focus, and confidence!
