Tall Tales of Old Florida - Cracker Country

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 10/23/2021
Tour guides will lead you by lantern through the grounds to meet six “tellers” who will share uniquely Florida stories about skunk apes, misbehaving trains, cowhunting giants and other legendary creatures. You will enjoy a magic lantern show, a turn-of-the-20th-century projection technology that led to the birth of the film industry. Hear and see a tale of pirates and ghosts on the silver screen. Come early and enjoy harvest games and decor while you wait for your tour to begin. Don't forget to stop by the General Store. Proceeds from our gift shop help support our educational field trip programs.
