Stroller Strides with FIT4MOM at Armature Works

Join us every 2nd Thursday for a free workout with FIT4MOM Stroller Strides at Armature Works. Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun!

What to Bring:
- Your kiddo(s) in a stroller with snacks/toys/water
- Water bottle for Mom
- Your energy - let's play!

- 10:15 AM: Registration
- 10:30 AM: Stroller Strides Workout
- 11:30 AM: Stay, Relax & Lunch
