Mommy & Me Cooking Class at Community Roots Collective

In this class, we'll have some fun and get a little messy creating a yummy ( and edible) sensory experience! Each month will feature a new + simple recipe that you can integrate into your life with ease January 24 - April 24, 2020. The best part - you can make it your way and help your toddler crave foods that are good for them. This is designed to be interactive and empower mothers to become more informed about food choices and nutritional needs that positively influence your toddler's health. By getting our little ones in the kitchen and involving them in the process, we encourage mindful eating, a balanced plate, and curb picky eating.
