Karamu: Champions for Wildlife at Lowry Park Zoo

From the Swahili word for “party,” Karamu has been supporting the Zoo’s conservation and education programs along with our commitment to preserving the most precious natural resources for more than 30 years. This annual event has raised more than $4.5 million dollars in support of animal care and conservation since it’s inception.
