Beach Cleanup

The Florida Aquarium will be celebrating our Sea Turtle Days and will kick off this event by impacting one of the most important natural habitats for sea turtles—our beaches!

Join The Florida Aquarium team on Friday, April 13 from 9-11:30 a.m. for a beach clean-up at Ben T. Davis Beach to clean up and raise awareness of the importance of our clean beaches for the health and wellness of sea turtle populations and other wildlife, and to collect as much trash and debris as possible to contribute to healthier shorelines and oceans!
Please be aware there is a fee to park at Ben T. Davis beach ($1 per 2 hours) so be sure to carpool whenever possible. We will meet at the beach at 9 a.m. for registration, safety briefing, and instructions and will get started by 9:30 a.m. Come for the morning, or come for an hour! Any time you contribute helps to protect and restore our blue planet.
