Baby and Toddler Yoga at Jan Kaminis Platt Regional Libraryv
This is a great opportunity to introduce your baby or toddler to yoga. Through fun interactive song and movement, children will learn basic asana (postures) and basic pranayama (yogic breathing). Favorites like: cat, cow, cobra, tree, triangle, and down-dog all will be taught, along with much more. Through yoga, we can help our children find focus, learn something new, and best of all encourage the harnessing of that energy into a healthy activity. Classes are ½ hour and require only that you enjoy yourself!
Ages 6 months to 5 years old.
