9-Week 5k Training Endurance Program

For ages 8 and up, kids learn proper warm up and cool down, discuss training & racing strategies, goal setting, proper mindset, and more. Pre requisite: must be able to run 1 mile at 12 min pace or under.
Group Runs Take Place Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Come to one per week, or all three. BUY ONE, GET TWO FREE! Choose ONE DAY as your primary group run day, but attend any of the other group runs whenever you'd like.

END-OF-SEASON 5K
Our season will end with participation in a public 5k event on Sunday, March 16, the Lightning Warriors St. Patrick's Day 5k at Gadsden Park in Tampa.
5k Event Registration is separate from training registration with us. Be sure to register for both.
What Else is Included?:
- Shirt, water bottle, stickers, bracelet, or other gear
- 5k training plan/tracker
- Medal, if 5k is finished a the end of season
